Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Agency Sales Coordinator (AC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new customers, meeting with current clients, and supporting the sales objectives within a designated geographic area. This role also involves mentoring and training new independent agents to ensure their success in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
    • Prospect for new customers through field prospecting, referrals, leads, target marketing, and direct contact.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and concerns.
    • Achieve a minimum of 75% of personal production goals and adhere to agency sales standards.
  • Sales Presentations:
    • Conduct sales presentations tailored to customer needs using a comprehensive understanding of company products.
    • Efficiently present company sales materials and demonstrate the sales process.
    • Handle customer service inquiries or direct them to the appropriate channels.
  • Agent Training and Support:
    • Field train and accompany assigned independent agents on sales calls as needed.
    • Assist new agents in understanding the sales process and setting up their business.
    • Mentor and coach established agents through field training and sales visits.
    • Report operational issues promptly to ensure smooth business setup.

Qualifications:

  • Life, Accident & Health Licensing:
    • Must obtain a Life, Accident, and Health license prior to appointment.
  • Skills:
    • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A strong desire to build and grow an independent agency.
    • Sales Execution: Proven ability to meet or exceed assigned sales goals consistently.
    • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong personal brand affinity.
    • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated personal initiative and a focus on achieving goals.
