Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of dispatchers and assign daily tasks
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Monitor dispatch performance and implement improvements as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in dispatch management is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in towing dispatch management
- Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
