Position Overview:
As an Independent Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while receiving support and training from our experienced team. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service to your customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Prospect for new clients through various methods, including field prospecting, referrals, leads, and direct marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct sales presentations that align with customer needs and demonstrate a thorough understanding of products.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve personal sales goals.
- Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, helping them navigate their insurance options and policy details.
- Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with the Agency Sales Coordinator and other team members to enhance sales strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Licensing:
- Must obtain a Life, Accident, and Health license prior to appointment.
- Skills:
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A strong desire to build and grow an independent business.
- Sales Proficiency: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on building a personal brand.
